- Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest data or content without our written permission.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, and its content (excluding user-submitted listings) are owned by MyPropertyBuy and protected by applicable laws. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating our services.
6. Disclaimers
Listings are provided by third parties. While we take steps to promote quality and verify agents, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability of any listing. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You are responsible for independently verifying every property, document, and party before entering into any transaction.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPropertyBuy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, from any transaction between users, or from reliance on any listing or content.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
