My Property Buy is a self-serve listings platform, not a brokerage — we don't have in-house agents to arrange meetings for you. Once you find a property you like, use the contact details on that listing to reach out directly to the seller or listing agent and arrange a viewing with them.
No. Browsing listings and contacting sellers is completely free for buyers. Sellers pay a flat listing fee to publish a property — there are no advisory, consulting, or brokerage fees involved.
My Property Buy is open across India — sellers can list a property in any city, and buyers can search by location. Coverage grows as more properties are listed, so if you don't see listings for a specific area yet, check back soon or consider listing your own property there.
Create a free account, then click "Create Listing" from your dashboard and fill in your property details yourself — photos, price, description, and contact info. Your listing goes live once payment is completed. The whole process is self-serve and usually takes just a few minutes.
